DESCRIPTION:Welcome to our 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teachers Training Program\, fully run by experienced Indian teachers. \nWe believe that the world is full of magic things\, patiently waiting for our senses to grow sharper\, and this program is designed to help you sharpen your senses and deepen your understanding of traditional yoga practices. \nOur curriculum is artfully crafted to blend traditional teachings with modern scientific perspectives\, giving you an unparalleled experience of personal development and yogic experience. With a special focus on Yoga Philosophy and Meditation practices\, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the essentials of yoga. \nOur team of experienced Indian teachers will guide you through Asana\, Sequencing\, Adjustment and Alignment\, Teaching practices\, mantra learning\, and Anatomy. You will also study the Six philosophies of Hinduism\, Yoga Sutra\, Basics of Buddhism\, Meditation\, Science and Spirituality\, and Basics of Ayurveda. \nOur sample daily schedule includes meditation and pranayama\, asana practice and alignment\, yoga philosophy\, teaching methodology\, anatomy and physiology\, mantra learning and chanting\, and closing meditation. Our daily schedule is subject to change depending on the needs of the group and the curriculum. \nAt the end of this program\, you will be qualified to register with Yoga Alliance as a RYT 200\, giving you a globally recognized accreditation. \nWe invite you to join us on this journey of personal growth and transformation\, fully guided by experienced Indian teachers.
