200-hour Yoga Alliance Multi-Style Teachers Training Program.
This 28 days 200-hour training is a foundation program that will teach a general overview of what yoga is and the different practices aligned to it. Apart from the asana, this course will have a strong emphasis on philosophy, history, and the traditional essentials of yogic practices. Upon completion, you will be qualified to register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT 200 giving you a globally recognized accreditation.
Riyasbabu, an Indian yoga master with global teaching experience, will lead the program which will have a special focus on Yoga Philosophy and Meditation practices.
The artfully crafted curriculum, that blends the traditional teachings of sages with modern scientific perspectives, will help the trainees to achieve an unparalleled experience of personal development and yogic experience.
You will learn
Asana (Hatha, Flow, Yin), Sequencing, and Anatomy.
Yoga Philosophy
Six Philosophies of Hinduism, Yoga Sutra, Basics of Buddhism, Meditation, Science and Spirituality, Basics of Ayurveda.
Practical studies
Pranayama, Meditation, Asana Classes, Teaching Practices, Alignment and Adjustment, Mantra Learning and Chanting, Kriyas, and Bandhas.

Weekend Timings
Fridays: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (4 hours)
Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with breaks – 8 hours of teaching)
Sundays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with breaks – 8 hours of teaching)
Total per weekend: 20 hours
Each weekend is designed to offer a focused and supportive environment for deepening your practice, understanding, and transformation.
Global Training Programs
RYT-200: Beginner Course
This is the course for beginners.
The 200-hour course programme will teach you the basics and fundamental theory to qualify for a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 certificate.
The requirements to pass are as follows:
- Spend 28 days at a resort.
- 40 hours of Pranayama and Meditation.
- 60 hours of Philosophy.
- 90 hours of Asana, Sequencing, Alignment and Anatomy.
- and 10 hours of Mantras, Mudras and Kriyas.
This first course will help you to get a foundational education within Yoga, taught by people who have lived and studied Yoga their entire lives.
RYT-300: Advanced Course
This is the advanced course. The 300-hour course program will qualify you for a Yoga Alliance RYT-300 certificate. This is the advanced course and you will need to complete and hold a RYT-200 certificate before attending this course.
The requirements to pass are as follows:
- Spend 28 days at a resort.
- 80 hours Physical practice, adjustment and alignment.
- 40 hours of breathing and meditation.
- 180 hours of Philosophy.

- Yoga Sutra
- Basics of Ayurveda
- Structure of Mind
- Understanding emotions (Vedic prospective)
