Dualistic

200-hour course

The first course you’ll need to take. It contains the basis of Yoga education and will teach you how to get your practice up and going.

Nondualistic

300-hour course

The second course you’ll need to take. It contains advanced Yoga education and will expand upon your knowledge and skillset.

RYT-200: Beginner Course

This is the course for beginners. The 200-hour course programme will teach you the basics and fundamental theory to qualify for a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 certificate.

The requirements to pass are as follows:

  1. Spend 28 days at a resort
  2. 40 hours of Pranayama and Meditation
  3. 60 hours of Philosophy
  4. 90 hours of Asana, Sequencing, Alignment and Anatomy
  5. and 10 hours of Mantras, Mudras and Kriyas

This first course will help you to get a foundational education within Yoga, taught by people who have lived and studied Yoga their entire lives.

RYT-300: Advanced Course

This is the advanced course. The 300-hour course program will qualify you for a Yoga Alliance RYT-300 certificate. This is the advanced course and you will need to complete and hold a RYT-200 certificate before attending this course.

The requirements to pass are as follows:

  1. Spend 28 days at a resort
  2. 80 hours Physical practice, adjustment and alignment
  3. 40 hours of breathing and meditation
  4. 180 hours of Philosophy

Philosophy sessions include:

  • Meditation
  • Six philosophies of Hinduism
  • Basics of Buddhism
  • Science and Spirituality
  • Yoga Sutra
  • Basics of Ayurveda
  • Structure of Mind
  • Understanding emotions (Vedic prospective)
  • Addictions and management
  • Stress and anxiety management

This final course is a testament to endurance and patience. Not only have you got internationally accredited certifications, but you have received an education that will give you knowledge and skills for a lifetime.
